123D Catch alternative

Can anyone recommend a turnkey program like 123D Create used to do, to take a series of photo of an object or person and have the program create a 3D model? I'm looking for a paid or free option, Mac or Windows. Just want something fairly simple to use.

You might take a look at PhotoModeler; it's been around for a long time. They've recently released a "scanner" version which also uses a regular digital camera, but gets a denser point-cloud than most photogrammetric solutions. It's not cheap, though...http://www.photomodeler.com/index.html
