Adding Active Cooler/Filliment Fan

I have a CTC DualExtruder 3D printer (Basically a Makerbot Ripoff, same firmware, uses Makerbot Desktop) and I'm wanting to add a active cooling/Filament cooler fan. I have looked on the circuit board for the printer and it seems it might be able to run an active cooler, and it has the the settings for one on the printer menu. I don't want to overload the board but if possible the question I have is where I would need to connect the fans for this.

There are it seems 18 wire connection points total in different little plastic connectors 7 of these, I see the 4 connection ones of these are for the extruders 'ex1' & 'ex2', these have connections for the extruders fan & the heating element (I think), the other are little 2 wire connectors, 2 of which are not connected to anything, they read 'EXTRA' and 'CUTOFF' the others that are connected are 'HBP' and 'POWER'
