Materialise Heads to China

The Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has funded 10 research centers with $32 million, and local government units plan to chip in that much again to try and gain a foothold in the emerging market for 3D printing activities. As of now, the US holds approximately 60% of the market for 3D printing revenues with the Chinese lagging far behind the curve.
