Printing can't start after calibration

			Hi guys, My printer is Mass Portal Pharaoh XD 20. When i calibrated printer, it can't start printing. I'm trying heat up so heat is 230 degree. It starts flow PLA of nozzle's tip but can't start printing. What can i do? Best regards, thanks.

Ok, so not being familiar to the MassPortal and what features it has a few questions to help
1- What kind of calibration did you do? Is it a printer feature or a set of instructions you followed. What are they if the latter?
2- What do you mean can't start printing? Error message? Nothing happens? How do you try to start printing? What Slicer do you use?
3- Any noises you hear when you try to start printing?

MassPortal calibration is fully automatic and doing to settings. I mean this is a printer feature. "Calibration have done successfully" seen on lcd screen. We wanted to new model printed to printer so put on flash to usb. Then get command start printer, but printing can't start. I use Simplfy 3D. I don't hear any noises about printer.
