Backers Withdrawing Support From Next Dynamics' Controversial Kickstarter

In one of the strangest Kickstarter campaigns we've seen, backers of Next Dynamics' NexD1 3D printer are becoming very suspicious that the things they've been told about the printer may not be true. At this point, many people aren't quite sure it prints at all. A backer who asked for a live demonstration was put off repeatedly, and then a Shapeways maker alleged that Next Dynamics was presenting her copyrighted work as something they'd printed themselves.
