Repetier firmware setup offset

Hi,

I changed the firmware and controller on my Prusa I3 style printer. I move to Repetier .92 on an MKS board. Question is, what is the proper way to set up an X axis offset. My X homing position is 35mm from the edge of the print table. Would this be set as a min X, extruder offset, or some other setting?
