So i retired my makerfarm 12" i3v want to see my new friend?

Hey guys long time no talk to :-D i kinda wonder if everyone is still around. I know roxy got a delta(i finally got mine built too)...

Anyway i retired my 12" i3v... I got tired of fighting the frame warp... So i went smaller and steel framed.... For a better base and then started modding.

Meet what used to be a wanhao duplicator i3 :-) and is very affectionately know as thw Frankeni3

Ill give some more details on it in a few when work allows :-D i realize its the makerfarm subforum but this is where people know me. :-)

What did you end up doing with your i3v?

disassembled it, saved all the non wood pieces and got rid of the wood. I plan to use most/all of the parts from the 12" to build a C/triple-C/or a D-bot coreXY Machine.
