Universe of Design Makes 3D Printed Coffee Table

Universe of Design had a few goals when setting out on its "Foray into Furniture:" make a table, keep the cost down, and utilize the principle of "printable distribution." Almost all three of these goals were met, except that the anticipated price for this simple and elegant coffee table increased when it was decided that a glass top would look better than plywood. There was much experimentation here, but the final product is well worth it: a sturdy and functional 3D printable coffee table that can be easily replicated by others.
