The Israeli electronics 3D printing company Nano Dimension recently announced that their underwriters will exercise their option to purchase an additional 275,275 American Depository Shares (ADS), and will also transition their bioprinting activity into a new subsidiary company. Lastly, 3D printing and materials development company Essentium Materials has announced the acquisition of TriFusion Devices, a 3D printing service bureau started by Texas A&M graduate students.
