build your own - for that price you won't get a ready made one with that vuild volume.
lol I just type too fast.

I think you can come HE3D see, there are large delta: 280 * 280 * 350mm / 280 * 280 * 600mm, and has been upgraded to a large size heating bed (heating bed diameter: 310mm), and now we developing automatic leveling function.
Not sure you can get a reliable, quality printer with that build size and that price.
The Fusion3 F306 is $3975 USD, and build size of 306mmx306mmx306mm
The german RepRap x400 have a build size of 450x450x300mm
The makerbot z18 has a 12" x 12" x 18" (30.5cm x 30.5cm x 45.8cm) build volume. They got alot of bad reviews after release but have really came a long way.
But its not within that price range.
Yes I am now aware of that. But I think this is the best what I have found in size and price http://www.zyyx3dprinter.com - can You tell some good or bad things about this one?
I'd recommend the gcreate line of printers @ http://www.gcreate.com I have their GMAX1.0 model whose dimensions were 16"x16"x 9" initially but with another $100 in materials I made the z height 22". They now offer their 1.5xt model which can be purchased PARTIALLY assembled meaning you'll need to build some of it but their instructions are awesome. It's got a 16"x16"x18" build height. The printer has been rock solid for me. Highly recommended. A dual extruder 1.5xt will run you $2120 today it looks like.
