Maybe loosen the fan and duct, then shift them upward and re-tighten? I wonder if that is how I broke the fan, I tightened it quite a bit...

I need to get my cable chain printed and built. Every time I see yours I think it looks bad ass. How many links did it need?
Here is my dual duct setup, I did not use the brace on the right side yet as it pushed it down. Do I am going to fix the groove. I also am going to glue it. I have some plastic weld stuff that will work well. That will get rid of the screw risk.
Speaking of which does anyone have a good supplier of screws for the different small projects we do with many of these things?

That is the Soultech ABS, here is the link. I really like the color. It does not have quite the stench of some of the other ABS. Really hard as well. Nice to print with.
