Overhang/Bridge struggle printing Marvin, help?

So, I've tried to print the Marvin figure for a while now, so I'm asking if anyone has some tips for me.

I'm using Simplify 3D, and a Prusa i3v 10". I'm printing on masking tape, and heatbed set to 30C.

I tried to set print speed to 3000mm/min.
Bridging speed multiplier 60%.

I printed it with 0.1mm layer height.

I'm still having trouble around the eyes, ears, between feet etc. Sagging...

So, should I reduce speed even more?

I've also been looking into adding a fan. But most designs suggest priting and moving the stock fan on the Hexagon, I don't want that :P Maybe someone have a stl for a fan holder they can recommend? (got many fans laying around 30,40,50m)

Slow it down to as low as 10mm/s, and you will definitely need to get a fan on it. I have used clough42's fan shroud (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:351280) with success but it is designed for his hexagon cooling system too. Maybe you can figure something out, though.

Did you print your hexagon mod-shroud in PLA or ABS? I'm thinking PLA might melt/bend at the temps near the extruder.

Printing at a lower layer height or slower speed increases the likelihood that you're trying to print on top of plastic that hasn't cooled. Are you doing anything to ensure a minimum print time per layer, even forcing the hot end off the print if it has to in order to ensure the minimum layer time? Small items can be troublesome to print if you're not managing the temperature of the print properly.

After experimenting with various print coolers, I was convinced that the best approach for a cooler is based on a blower, not an axial fan. You want a pretty focused airflow stream coming out of the cooler, and most axial fans simply don't work well with the backpressure created by putting any kind of airflow shroud or duct on them.
