FilaOne Advanced Composite Filament System

A company called Avante Technology has just announced the release of their new high end filament system. The system which includes the actual filament, as well as special Printing Adhesion Sheets, will be unveiled at the 3D Printing world Expo in Washington State at the end of this month. The filament is created for the use within functioning prototypes and end use parts. There are three main benefits to using this filament over traditional PLA and ABS:

• Easily deals with humidity and moisture during the printing process
• Improves the mechanical strength of the printed part
• Adhesion is no longer a concern during the printing process
