3D Printing at New York's Comic Con

In order to stand out from the group of over 450 artists at the New York Comic Con Artist Alley, three independent artists teamed up with 3DArtGeeks to take their art 3D. The 3DArtGeeks service offers comic book and other traditional artists the ability to turn their artwork into 3D statues that can be printed in full-color sandstone. Colin Lawler and his Spirits: The Soul Collector, David Wenzel and the Kingdom of the Dwarfs, and Katie Cook’s adorable box of cats all brough 3D printed statues to sell at the show thanks to 3DArtGeeks.
