Problem with turnigy 3d printer - sd card

I have a turnigy 3d printer, but I have a problem with the SD card, I put into the card with the models (gcode), the turnigy 3d printer write sd card is insert, in the program the printer write "no sd card" I don´t no why, I think the printer cannot read the card or the models .
Please can you help me for this problem,

What kind of firmware do you have? Marlin? Repetier?

It sounds like you might have a configuration issue with your Firmware and the SD Card option is not enabled.

Where did you get your SD card? Are you sure it works 100%? There are tons of counterfeits around.
