Refugee Open Ware - Bringing 3D printing to conflict zones

A group called Refugee Open Ware is looking to bring fablabs to refugee camps in conflict zones. Not only will this help cheer up some of the people living in these camps, but it will also provide them a means of creating their own products. Things such as prosthetic hand and arms will be able to be fabricated for some of the 200,000 Syrian amputees. What other uses do you think these fablabs could provide these camps?
