Flashforge Creator Pro Extruder not heating up.

New to this 3D Printing scene. Im was using RepG and wanted to try Makerbot software and created the .x3g file and put it on an SD card. Now when i load the file it wont heat up my extruder even if i override the temps on the Printer. I looks like its gonna start printing my Bed heats up but my extruder just wont heat up. I made sure my setting where all set in makebot including the heat and what extruder to use, I use my left. Any help will be appreciated. Only does this when i create the x3g file from Makerbot software.
