HASCO Using Stratasys 3D Printers for Low-Volume Injection Molding

One of Europe’s leading mold making companies has developed a process to make low volume injection molding faster and cost effective using a Stratasys Objet500 Connex 3D printer. HASCO 3D printed part molds in super strong Stratasys Digital ABS printing material and combined it with their new K3500 Quick-Change Mold System. The new process reduces the time required to make a new mold down to six hours from twenty four hours, setting a new low cost benchmark for injection molding.
