Printing Issues - Solid printing like spider webs?

Hi guys. I'm new to the forum. I've got a Turnigy Fabrikator and have had it for about 1.5 yrs now, and i've loved it and had no issues with it other than some print head clogs. But recently out of nowhere it started to have some printing issues. It just started printing solids spotty, or spiderweb like. I've upgraded my firmware, switch slicers and even installed a new print head, none of which have helped.

Any had this issue? Any ideas of fix?
