Dr. Christoph Vernaleken Wants to 3D Print Vintage Plane Cockpit

Dr. Christoph Vernaleken has been fascinated by historical aircraft for most of his life. A few years ago, he began experimenting with creating 3D printed replicas of several old airplane parts he had collected, and now he is conducting a feasibility study to see if it will be possible to 3D print a reproduction of an entire cockpit from a World War II era reconnaissance plane.
