Need troubleshooting help! Makerbot Replicator (5th gen) Smart Extruder +

Hi 3D Printing Community!

I have a call to action for you: The office 3D printer is not printing as it should/as it used to. I have run out of basic troubleshooting options and am not sure how to proceed in a way that will help diagnose the problem. How should I troubleshooting from here?

Efforts:

Callibrated the build plate with assisted leveling
Changed the extruder head
Re exported a new .makerbot file
Reset printer to factory settings
Changed the filament
Checked the belt tightness
Adjusted the temperature settings

Aside from the temperature setting, all of the prints were sliced at default medium-resolution settings.

Furthest left Benchie was printed a couple months ago when I started using the printer. This week the printer started acting up and I have been printing a lot of benchies. The middle one is how most of them are printing. Furthest right is the worst so far (got it from raising the temperature setting).
