I've Got a Couple !uestions About the Ultimaker 2.

You may remember me from a post I made a few weeks ago regarding what printer I should get, and I've finally come to a conclusion. Not contradictory to the title, I've decided to get an Ultimaker 2. I do have a few questions about it, and hopefully this is a good place to get some answers.

1) Can you install a second extruder in the Ultimaker 2? I know you can in the first model but what about the 2?
2) Seeing that the 2 was released a while ago, do you think the Ultimaker 3 will be released soon? I want to know if I should wait.
3) How long is their shipping to Canada? I couldn't get a solid answer from google about this.
