I have got some problem with Up! mini

Rom: V6.110
Firmware: V3.34
Error - OVER USAGE RESTRICTION LAYER:0
This machine bought in 3DPHOME store Russia, in 2012, and in 2013 i've changed the CPU because "no usb connection" error. After this manipulation printer is worked well till march, and now i've got this problem.
So, can anyone send me ROM file 6.110? I wanna try to reflash the printer.
