Edible 3D Printed Palce of Versailles

3D Systems teamed up with Modernist Cuisine to create a dessert shaped like the iconic French landmark the Palace of Versailles. The dessert was constructed using a decadent dessert bread called brioche and a sugar structure that mimicked the design of the palace. The sugar structure was 3D printed using 3D Systems state of the art food 3D printer the ChefJet Pro.
