South Korea To Begin 3D Printing Ships in 2017

South Korea is entering the boatbuilding industry in a most ambitious way, to begin research, development, and manufacturing of 3D printing ships and all relevant equipment. While this story is still developing, what we currently know is that The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) is ready to designate $20 million to be spent in the five years after the project begins next year.
